Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment or production starts. Customers will receive a full refund if the order is cancelled in time. Once the item ships, cancellation is not possible.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase. Please do not send returns to the manufacturer. Shipping costs will only be charged once for returns, and there are no restocking fees.

Refunds
After we receive your returned product and complete inspection, we will inform you via email of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your payment method within a few days.

Missing or Delayed Refunds
